Church View Garden is situated opposite the North Taieri Presbyterian Church. The 35-year old garden is a blend of mature and recent plantings with the current owners building on the tasteful design created by the original owners by adding plants from their Southland garden.

Entry is through the stone gateway and down a curving driveway to the garden privately positioned back from the road and surrounding the Oamaru stone country homestead with mature English and native trees, about 100 rhododendrons, camellias, azaleas, roses, bulbs and numerous bedding plants.

The church, built in 1866, is still in use today and is open to visit except during Sunday morning service or weddings.
